About the role

As an Assistant Tour Leader, you’ll be the Tour Leader’s right hand on every ride. You’ll help get the quads and guests ready, ride at the back of the convoy so nobody gets left behind, and keep an eye out for anything that needs attention.

No guiding experience is needed. We’ll train you on our routes, vehicles and safety procedures, and as you build confidence you’ll take on more, working towards becoming a Tour Leader yourself.

What you’ll do

  • Get ready for the ride: help prepare, check and fuel the quads before each tour.
  • Look after guests: help with check-in, paperwork and helmets, and support the safety briefing.
  • Watch the convoy: ride at the rear, keep the group together and flag any hazards or concerns to the Tour Leader.
  • Help when it matters: support the team with breakdowns or incidents and look after guests.
  • Wrap up the day: check returned quads and equipment, help with records and keep the garage tidy and secure.
  • Learn the ropes: pick up the routes, convoy skills and guest handling, step by step.

What we’re looking for

  • Aged 21 or over (an insurance requirement)
  • A full, valid driving licence and comfortable driving in Malta
  • Basic conversational English
  • Friendly, approachable and good with people
  • Safety-minded, observant and responsible
  • Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays

Nice to have

  • Basic mechanical know-how
  • Other languages

What we offer

  • Full training on routes, vehicles and safety
  • A clear path to progress to Tour Leader
  • Working outdoors in one of the most beautiful parts of Malta
  • A small, hands-on team in a growing company
